   Chris has enjoyed her career as a real estate broker for 30 years, both in California and New Mexico.  The real estate industry is always changing with new technology, new laws and practices as well as continuing education.  There is no time to be bored or tired of this job!
   What Chris loves about her career is the satisfaction she gets when helping someone sell or find just the right property.  "The perfect place."  Walking a customer through the complete process of closing and knowing that she did everything she could for them is a great feeling for Chris.  It is all about the people who start out as customers and end up as friends!

   Marcia has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 1973.  She began her real estate career in California and has been in Ruidoso since 1978.  Her Real Estate experience includes being past president of the Ruidoso Board of Realtors.  Marcia lives in Capitan with her husband Randy.  Marcia loves animals.  She has four horses, chickens, lots of dogs and raises birds.  She began coming to the Ruidoso area with her family in the 40's.  To quote Marcia, "When you love this area as much as I do, it is easy to live here."
